All our Standard Delivery products will be processed as normal and shipped with 1-2 working days. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
Our next day delivery means that orders are processed as a priority and shipped by courier for the next working delivery day.If your order is made before 3pm, it will be shipped for the next working day.If your order is made after 3pm it will take 1-2 working days.
If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we’ll use Interlink or TNT if the items are heavy.
Delivery times and prices may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
All parcels shipped by UK Next Day will have to be signed for at the place of delivery.
Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
We can guarantee next day dispatch, however if the couriers fail to deliver then we cannot be held responsible and we will not be able to refund your delivery charge. Every effort will be made to ensure your product arrives as you request.
If you want a Engineered Delivery by our qualified engineers this will take between 5-7 working days of placing your order. The engineers will organise a suitable time for delivery and will include setting up the product, providing a demonstration or the product and removing any unnecessary packaging. Please note the Engineered Delivery service is only available within the UK mainland.
Please be aware that if you request that goods are left safe via the courier notes, UK mobility Store cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from a local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
If your product is damaged you MUST advise UK mobility Store within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.

At UK Mobility Store we offer a 14 Days (Calendar Days) cooling off period in which customers can inspect the goods and determine suitability. To exercise this right, you must notify us initially by Telephone & in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The goods must be returned at your cost within 14 days of the date that you received them. Customers have to return their orders themselves, in all instances a cover note and letter will need to accompany the goods. Failure to do so will result in your returned goods not being traceable. Where goods are made to order for example Power chairs and products which for Health & Safety reasons cannot be returned for example Incontinence products & Bath lifts please refer to our Terms & Conditions. All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packing. If products are not returned in their original condition on return, UK Mobility Store reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s). This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, labour and any subsequent loss to UK Mobility Store.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection. All refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt of goods. Regretfully, we cannot fully refund or exchange products where our product description says, “This item is made to order” or those products that were specially adapted to suit your requirements unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. These conditions are imposed upon us by the manufacturers.
